  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  • In another bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in the eggs one at a time into the butter-sugar mixture, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients from the first bowl into the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly, reserving a few for topping if desired.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until set around the edges but slightly soft in the middle.
  • Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
