Preparation

  • Crack the eggs into the bowl one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stirring until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped dark chocolate chunks.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness.
