  • 3/4 cup g all-purpose flour gives structure

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Nutella, eggs, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Mix until smooth and glossy.
  • Add in unsalted butter and sunflower oil, whisking until creamy.
  • Stir in vanilla bean paste or extract.
  • Fold in additional Nutella and dark chocolate callets.
  • In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt. Mix well.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top.
  • Wash and slice the strawberries, scattering them over the brownie batter.
  • Bake the brownies until set around the edges but soft in the center, about 25-30 minutes.

Notes

Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting. Store extras in an airtight container.
