Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.

  • Sprinkle in the cinnamon and salt, and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Gradually add the toasted flour, stirring gently until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly dispersed throughout the dough.

Notes

Store your cookie dough in an airtight container. It can be kept at room temperature for up to two days or in the fridge for about a week. You can also freeze it for up to three months.
