  • Start by draining and rinsing the white beans or garbanzo beans thoroughly.
  • Transfer the beans to your mixing bowl.
  • Add the quick oats or almond flour to the beans and stir gently.
  • Incorporate the applesauce or yogurt into the mixture.
  • Add the oil or nut butter and stir until fully integrated.
  • Pour in the pure vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Sprinkle in the baking powder and baking soda, and stir until combined.
  • Add the salt and mix completely.
  • Gradually mix in the brown sugar until evenly distributed.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, and smooth the top.

Notes
