Preparation

  • Preheat your baking dish by greasing it lightly or lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the quick cooking oats and O-shaped cereal, stirring gently until well mixed.
  • Add mini chocolate chips and dried cranberries to the oat mixture, mixing until evenly distributed.

Cooking

  • In a separate saucepan, melt the honey, unsalted butter, and peanut butter over low heat, stirring gently until fully combined.
  • Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour the melted mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together until well combined.

Setting

  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly and evenly.
  • Allow to cool completely at room temperature to set.
  • Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into bars.

Notes
